NOORstudios x Malikah Center present:

New York’s First Muslim Gallery

NOORstudios partnered with Malikah Center to curate an art gallery spotlighting Muslim visual artists in NYC. Malikah is a global grassroots movement, a network of active and engaged women leaders. Malikah women heal together, build for our communities and organize for social change.

NOORstudios contributed to the art gallery by sourcing and curating 9 visual artists. We showcased multimedia visual and performance artists at the Malikah Center. In terms of experiential production, NOOR curated a playlist featuring SWANA artists and produced the gallery labels for the exhibit.

The cherry on top– NOOR launched our monthly networking community for creative pioneers across the SWANA diaspora. Clockout sponsored NOORstudios’ first monthly membership meeting at the Art Gallery. Clockout is a social networking app designed to connect next-gen professionals.
